Heisey News Archive

The goal of the initiative is to provide access to past issues of Heisey News (the official magazine of Heisey Collectors of America) to anyone seeking to learn about Heisey glassware. All issues except current issues are available to the public. Current issues are available to HCA members only for a period of one year from the date of publication. Members can access current issues by going to Member Login under the Membership tab.

The Joe Lokay Initiative was first proposed by Walter Ludwig (former Curator,  Heisey Glass Museum) in June 2010 to honor the memory of longtime HCA member Joe Lokay. Joe was an avid researcher of Heisey glass and the history of the company, and he researched and wrote many of the articles in these monthly publications.

More than 50 years of newsletters are available, providing a wealth of information about Heisey glass. If you are looking for information about your grandmother’s Heisey goblets or a piece of Heisey you spotted on eBay, you probably will find it in this archive.
