TREASURER'S REPORT

The Budget vs. Actual report for November 2024 demonstrates a favorable budget variance of $28,972 due to continued expenditure management efforts. Although membership and sales revenue fell short of expectations, with deficits of $1,857 and $14,851 respectively, these were counterbalanced by better-than-anticipated performance in museum admissions (110.77% of the budget), benefit auctions (103.79%), convention profits (111.75%), and the Dave Spahr Select Auction (132.08%). Total expenditures were below budget by $16,373.

This disciplined approach to financial management ensures that the organization remains on track to meet its objectives, even amidst revenue challenges. Diligent cost control will remain a priority to maintain financial stability and support the mission of the Heisey Collectors of America.
