The Spring Benefit Auction is right around the corner!  New this year, we’ve added a third day to our traditional two-day auction!!  See the details below.

Catalogs have been mailed to all HCA members and to non-members who participated in our auctions the past two years.  A copy of the catalog and searchable PDF versions are included on this webpage in case you haven’t received the mailed copy yet.  We hope everyone enjoys the wide array of items available this year.

Day 1 of this year’s auction will be held on-line only featuring Heisey Reproductions.  The auction will include a number of special items curated from the Museum hold-back and feasibility inventory. You will find unusual items, “samples”, and one-of-a-kind whimseys! The items are Lots #62 through #85 and are indicated with an “H” in the catalog. Please give these items your special attention as all proceeds from their sale are earmarked for a special fund to replace the Museum’s 30+ year old HVAC units.

March 30: On-line pre-bidding opens at 8:00 AM ET

April 7: Live on-line bidding begins at 2:00 PM ET

April 11: Glass available for pick-up at the National Heisey Glass Museum at 10 AM ET

April 30: Deadline for glass pick-up at the Museum

Day 2 & Day 3 of this year’s auction will be held in-person and on-line.  It will feature 870 lots over the two days.  This provides an exciting opportunity for those unable to attend in person to participate and find a treasure or two to add to their collection.

April 6: On-line pre-bidding opens at 8:00 AM ET

April 12: Live in-person and on-line bidding begins at 9:30 AM ET for lots 1 – 475

April 13: Live in-person and on-line bidding begins at 9:30 AM ET for lots 476 – 870

April 16: Glass available for pick-up (on-line and absentee bidders) at the National Heisey Glass Museum at 10 AM ET

April 30: Deadline for glass pick-up at the Museum

As in past years, the online portion of the auction will be hosted by HiBid.  Instructions on establishing a HiBid account and registering for the auction are included on this webpage.

For those who are still a little computer-shy, absentee bidding will be available for Day #2 and Day #3 only.  Instructions and the Absentee Bid Form are also included on this webpage.
