Visitor Guidelines
The first rule is common courtesy. Treat other visitors and the museum staff as you would wish to be treated.
Please do not touch any of the glass and other items on display in the museum. This does not apply to the glass and other merchandise on sale in the gift shop.
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
If you wish to take photos or videos, please follow the posted Photography Guidelines.
Some areas of the museum are not open to the public. Please observe the signs and do not attempt to enter those areas.
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere in the museum or the courtyard.
Firearms are not permitted in the museum, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Ohio Revised Code section 2923.126(C).
Everyone is welcome at the Heisey Glass Museum without regard to race, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. Any visitor engaging in discriminatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening conduct will be required to leave the museum immediately.
