New Identification Policy Effective March 1^st, 2003 the Heisey Collectors of America and the National Heisey Glass Museum will no longer provide free identification of glass to non-members. Complimentary identification will continue to be a valuable member benefit for HCA members.  Individuals may submit identification requests by visiting the Museum, regular mail, or E-mail to curator@heiseymuseum.org, please include or attach a photo of the item whenever possible. The fee to non-members for identification will be $5.00 per item. Payment can be made by Master Card, VISA, Check, Money Order, or Cash. Requests received without payment information will be sent a reply informing them of the policy. Request will not be forwarded for identification until payment is received.  DO NOT SEND PAYMENT INFORMATION VIA EMAIL! If you request identification through email, someone from the museum staff will contact you to arrange payment.  Identifications are made for informational and educational purposes of the requester only and are not to be used in advertising the item for sale.  HCA and the Museum will continue their policy of not providing appraisals or values of items presented for identification.
